Supply Drop-off Days – Complimentary boxes, tape, and labels:

• *2025 Supply drop-off dates are TBD.
  • Stop 1 (10:00am – 10:45am) – parked directly in front of Hail Hall by Massey Performing Arts
    • Meet us here is if you live in the following dorms: Pembroke, Hail, Heron
  • Stop 2 (11:00am – 12:00pm) – parked in the roundabout in front of Patton Hall
    • Meet us here is if you live in the following dorms: Patton & Bear, Potter
  • Stop 3 (12:15pm – 1:15pm) – parked on 15th Ave S. between Russell & Horrell
    • Meet us here is if you live in the following dorms: Dickens, Russell, Kennedy, Horrell, Maddox, Wright
  • Stop 4 (1:30pm – 2:30pm) – parked in the alley between Tall Hall and Hillside Apartments (near Thrailkill Garage)
    • Meet us here is if you live in the following dorms: Tall, Thrailkill, Hillside Apartments, Caldwell, Belmont Commons
  • Stop 5 
    • If you live off campus, we will reach out to you directly to schedule your box delivery. You can also meet us at any of the stops listed above.

Deliveries:

• If you are moving back on campus, your belongings will be delivered before your move-in date.
• If you are moving off campus, your belongings will be delivered on the date and time window you select.
• To schedule your delivery, please visit our Contact page and click the box next to Schedule a Delivery.
• All of your belongings must be delivered to the same address. We will not deliver to multiple addresses.
• If all of your belongings are delivered in one trip, there will be no additional charge. However, there will be a $75 additional charge for requests to have a portion your belongings delivered on separate days.
• All delivery requests require a 10-day notice.
