Supply Drop-off Days – Complimentary boxes, tape, and labels:

*Note: These are the dates we are on campus to deliver boxes and tape. Please do not confuse these dates with the dates we will pick up your belongings for storage. 

  • *2026 Supply drop-off dates are Saturday, April 11th and Sunday, April 26th.
    • Stop 1 (10:00am – 10:45am) – parked directly in front of Hail Hall by Massey Performing Arts
      • Meet us at stop 1 if you live in the following dorms: Pembroke, Hail, Heron
    • Stop 2 (11:00am – 11:45am) – parked in the roundabout in front of Patton Hall
      • Meet us at stop 2 if you live in the following dorms: Patton & Bear, Potter
    • Stop 3 (12:00pm – 12:45pm) – parked on 15th Ave S. between Russell & Horrell
      • Meet us at stop 3 if you live in the following dorms: Russell, Kennedy, Horrell, Maddox, Wright, Belmont Commons
    • Stop 4 (1:00pm – 1:45pm) – parked in the alley between Benz Hall and Hillside Apartments (near Thrailkill Garage)
      • Meet us at stop 4 if you live in the following dorms: Benz, Thrailkill, Dickens, Hillside Apartments
    • Stop 5 (2:00pm – 2:45pm) – parked on Caldwell Ave. in front of Hewlett and Wiseman
      • Meet us at stop 5 if you live in the following dorms: Hewlett, Wiseman
    • If you live off campus, please meet us at any of the listed stops above.

Pick-Ups:

Deliveries:

  • If you are moving back on campus, your belongings will be delivered before your move-in date.
  • If you are moving off campus, your belongings will be delivered on the date and time window you select.
  • To schedule your delivery, please visit our Contact page.
  • All of your belongings must be delivered to the same address. We will not deliver to multiple addresses.
  • If all of your belongings are delivered in one trip, there will be no additional charge. However, there will be a $75 additional charge for requests to have a portion your belongings delivered on separate days.
  • All delivery requests require a 14-day notice.
