If you would like to sign up for our Ship To School service, please follow these steps:

1. Sign Up Online
Fill out a Ship To School request form on our Contact Page. Be sure to check the box next to Ship to School.

2. Confirmation Email
You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours after you sign up. This email will have the ship-to address, as well as shipping and labeling instructions for your boxes.

3. What Can I Ship?
You are free to ship boxes that you packed yourself, or order items online and have them shipped directly to us. If you order from Amazon, we will consolidate your packages into the fewest number of boxes possible to keep storage costs to a minimum.

4. Pricing
Pricing for Ship To School is per package. Pricing per package/box is as follows:
– $45 per small box (16” x 12” x 12” or smaller)
– $55 per medium box (between 16”x12”x12” and 18”x18”x16”)
– $65 per large box (between 18”x18”x16” and 18”x18”x24”)
– $75 per extra-large box (larger than 18”x18”x24”)
– $130 per oversized box (requires more than one person to lift)
– Boxes that are over 60lbs may be subject to an additional overweight fee.
– Boxes that are overpacked or “bulging” may be categorized as the next size up.

5. What’s Included?
We will receive your belongings, store them in our storage facility, and deliver them directly to your room.  *Belmont only* If you are living in an on-campus residence hall, your belongings will be delivered to your room BEFORE you arrive, so they will be there by the time you move in. Please note: your shipping costs are separate and are NOT included in this price.

6. When Will I Be Charged?
You will be charged a $25 deposit at the time of signup to reserve your spot. After all your boxes are received, you will be charged the remaining total. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your reservation at any time.
