Additional Pricing Information

  • There is a $150 minimum charge for all storage orders, after all discounts are applied.
  • All storage orders are charged per 4-month minimum term.
    • You are billed for the entire term at the time of pickup or at the beginning of a new term, not monthly. Partial terms are not prorated.
  • Terms:
    • Summer: May – August
    • Fall: September – December
    • Spring: January – April
  • Overpacked or overweight boxes will be subject to an additional fee. If a box is “bulging” it will be categorized as the next size up.
  • Refrigerators that still have ice in them, or are not thoroughly drained and cleaned, will be subject to an additional fee.
  • “Free Pick-Up and Delivery” refers to pick-up/delivery from the closest spot our truck is able to park to your building. Pick-up and delivery directly to/from your room is an additional $70 flat fee.
  • Bed frames and furniture that need to be disassembled to fit through the doorway must be taken apart prior to your scheduled pick-up. We do not offer assembly/disassembly services.
  • We do not offer packing services. Orders not packed and ready for pick-up may not be picked up or may be subject to a packing fee.
  • Plastic storage containers do not need to be stored empty. You can store them full as long as they shut securely. We recommend taping them shut as well.
  • TV’s must be packaged in their original box. If you do not have the original box, we recommend using one of these.
  • No-shows and day-of cancellations/reschedules will be charged a $75 fee.
  • Each box/item is covered for damages up to $100
    • *Particle board furniture is not covered for damage*.
    • *Televisions that are not in their original box, or in a box that we recommend, will not be covered for damage*
    • *Boxes, or other containers, that are not properly sealed or taped will not be covered for damage*
  • Pick-ups/Deliveries outside a radius of 7 miles from campus are subject to an additional fee.
  • Labeling Your Items
    • Please ensure that each item you store is labeled with your last name and confirmation number (received after you sign up). Boxes must be labeled on all 4 sides and the top. There is a $5 labeling fee for each item not labeled.
  • Late Payment Policy
    • Payment is due on the day of pickup, or at the beginning of a new term if your belongings are staying in storage for multiple terms. There is a 20% penalty added to your total storage order after the first week of missed payment, and an additional 10% penalty for each additional week of missed payment. After 30 days of missed payment, your belongings will be forfeited, and will no longer be eligible for delivery.
